I am very dissatisfied.

Very dissatisfied. Placed order 11/14/18 and tried to follow up as to when it shipped/shipping no info available. I called and was told it would be shipped 11/15. Still havent received it and have no clue. Wont order from them again.

Customer placed an order on 11/13, 8pm after we closed. Order processed and shipped 11/14. Customer contacted our live chat on 11/14 and was told it was being drop-shipped from manufacturer and would be 5-10 days. UPS confirms that it will deliver on 11/21.
