I ordered 1 Fiberoptic Illuminator on September 30th and still do not have it. They charged my card and I have not received any updates on my order. I have received one email confirmation with order number 555506 but no shipping information. I have emailed and no response yet. My card should not be charged until I have the product and you should receive tracking information for your order. I'm not feeling to confident that I will receive my product but I'm trying to stay positive. I shop ALOT online and receive my products usually in 2-3 days 5 days at the most. Always receive shipping information and never charged until product ships. Will never order through them again. Please just ship my product! I would really like lights in my pool again.
