10 days and not shipped yet

as stated above, it has been ten days and order has not shipped yet, two emails and finally got an answer....kinda.. The person asked me "you order has not shipped yet, right" I they didnt know if it has shipped why are they asking me? This must be running out of someones garage or basement.....two more days and no response I contact paypal for my money back !! Will update later.

The customer is correct that we failed in our level of communication on this order. While the order sourcing stalled and became a nightmare, we did not adequately communicate that with the customer. We did cancel and process a refund for the customer on 10/1. We apologize for their poor customer experience.
