Ordered parts , two belts for a aqua bot. Only received one belt. The other part was not the right one. You can't speak to anyone. You have to send an email. Received a response saying that they will send me the other belt. Nothing on the wrong part they sent me. Sent several more emails but have not received a response or any replacement parts. I should of looked up their BBB rating. It's a F. My fault for not researching them. Buyer beware.
