pain on aug 11, apparently to be shipped in two parts. Received first shipement and now cannot track where critical portion is and no customer service answers. Website is awful. Mostly leads to dead ends even though I have all information including order #. Burned so far, will not ever use again. Not worth the small discount.

My recommendation is to avoid.
