When you order this part they charge your card immediately. They don’t actually have the part, it has to be special ordered and takes three weeks. They don’t tell you that on the website. I just looked and I could order two more if I wanted. You will get an email in a couple days saying that it is a special order. I never heard of a company charging your credit card until your item has been shipped.

We do require payment at the time of purchase. It is a standard in retail.

Customer ordered part on 7/30. On 8/2 we notified them that the item was on back-order at the manufacturer. They were given the choice of refund or continue with a special order. The special order would be approximately 21 business days and could not be cancelled once started. The customer agreed.
