Order process is a black hole

Ordered parts that did not indicate in stock or not in stock, but just says "usually ships within 1-2 business days". Received an order confirmation with no shipping info, but did have the statement:"Acknowledged prior to Checkout this order CANNOT be Canceled or Modified: YES" I guess this is a clue on what to expect?
A week later and no shipping status. There is a link for order status on the web that does not work. There is no way to contact by phone. Poorest communication of any online business I have dealt with.

Customer made order on Friday afternoon after our warehouses and offices were closed, or not shipping any new orders. Order was processed on 7/23, Monday, and sourced to a supplier.

The shipment went out on 7/26 and delivers on 7/30. This processing time is well within our time-frame that is clearly listed on our website under SHIPPING & RATES.

Once an order is placed we let the customer know that it cannot be cancelled or modified. This is for two reasons. Our orders are immediately transmitted to a warehouse/vendor, and also because we do not store any credit information which keeps us from modifying the order in process.

As an online retailer, we offer online chat, web forms and email. Email is listed with the order confirmation, online chat is immediate assistance, and web-forms are answered within 36-48 hours depending on volume.

The customer did not utilize either any of these options. We did receive a request for an update on the order on 7/28, Saturday, when our office was closed. I will be updating the customer today, 7/29 as our offices are open today.

We apologize for any frustration caused and encourage the customer to communicate any concerns or issues through our many communication channels.
