Not a Credible Company

I placed an order on 7/16/18. Today is 7/21/18. I read a review which posted the phone number 1-800-288-7926. I called for the status to find out the company name is In the Swim. My money was taken but the item isn’t available anymore. They stated they refunded my order but I haven’t received anything. I’m filing a claim and reporting them to PayPal.

Customer ordered on 7/19 at 9am. We were informed that our stock was depleted and the part was obsolete.

We sent a note to the customer on 7/19 indicating that issue, and that a refund had been submitted for processing.

On 7/23, we informed the customer that the refund had been issued at 9am.

In terms of individual bank processing time, once we submit the refund, can vary and are out of our control.

The entire order and communication that it was obsolete happened in a 3 hour window. Refund processed 3 days later.
