Do not use this web only supplier. After trying to place an order, it got kicked out. My only option was to chat. Where I asked for a CSR phone number. Nope, web only. Kept chat transcript cause system could not confirm order was not placed. I order elsewhere. next day got an email to confirm address. Address was wrong, typo so item "did not ship." Relieved, I read next email. address typo had been corrected "someone" fixed on there own ("no csr" my rearend) and shipped. I have been spending all morning sending emails to confirm cancellation. What a scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. UNRELIABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. WE WILL SEE HOW THE RETURN IS HANDLED IF THEY ACTUALLY SHIPPED THE ITEM. IT WILL BE DISPUTED. OKAY, HOW DO I CONTACT THE COMPANY--CANNOT. THIS WILL BE FUN.

Customer ordered at 11:02am on 7/11. A receipt was generated and sent to email 3 seconds later. Customer contacted our online chat at 11:03am about confirmation.

At that point, the order had not transferred to our order system and the rep could not find it. Customer stated that order did not go through - our rep informed them that orders can take over an hour to load.

At 11:37am, we contacted customer via email that the address they entered was being denied by our shipping system and could they confirm it for us. Or gave them to cancel if desired.

As it was flagged in our system, our address verification team confirmed the address and it went through.

Customer responded to our note about address verification on 7/12 at 8:34am. They insisted that the order never happened, despite the receipt being sent and the chat rep indicating it would take an hour. The customer demanded a refund.

We accommodated the refund, even though outside of policy, and processed it on 7/12, within 24 hours of their order.

Unfortunately this is a situation where the parties disagree on what happened. We wish the customer the best.
