14 days shipping- 6 parts in 4 separate shippments.

Ordered 6 parts and so far received 5 in 3 separate shipments. First two in a few days, third one in 11 days and the last says it will be three more days! I’ve contacted twice and they just ,again, give me the dang tracking number! Poor customer service When they saw the two packages were routed wrong - and all the parts were needed for the same repair - they should have overnighted the needed parts at their cost. So I’ve had to have the pool shut down for two weeks rather than 3 or four days!

We apologize for the frustration caused for the customer.

The customer ordered on 6/24 and all parts of the order were shipped by 6/25. Unfortunately on two of the packages, UPS made a major mistake in sorting that cost them 5 days stuck in one place. This severely increased the shipping time on those two packages.

We did receive one inquiry from the customer on 7/4 and when we returned from holiday on 7/5 we answered with the tracking numbers.

Unfortunately UPS did not make us aware of the shipping delay, so we were unaware of the problem. If they did, we would have found an alternate solution to get the parts to the customer.

It is a rare problem but we are working with shipping companies to get alerts when there are delays, damage or lost packages. We hope this will create a better customer experience.
