Ordered parts on 3/15, paid for expedited shipping (1-3 business days). Still no parts on the 3/22. Tried to check progress using order tracking feature on their site- it’s completely nonfunctional. I tried it on 3 different devices (computer, tablet, phone) and it didn’t work on any, so I know it wasn’t just me. I emailed the customer service asking for an update and a refund of the extra money I paid for expedited shipping. Order arrived on 3/23. Still no reply from customer service on a refund of the extra money paid for expedited shipping. At least the parts appear to be correct and the prices were decent.

Customer ordered on Thurs (3/15). Our Expedited shipping guarantee states that the timeframe starts when it is processed and shipped - most typically happening in the same day - unless late afternoon as this order was.

Customer is correct that our systems were nonfunctional as we were facing a major issues with our technology. It has caused a lot of customer frustration.

Customer contacted us on 3/22 stating she should have had her order on 3/2 since it was Expedited Shipping. In fact, the 3rd Business Day was 3/21. So we did in fact miss the deadline, which triggers a refund of that extra cost.

Part delivered on 3/23. The refund of shipping costs were done on 3/25.

The entire experience for them was ruined by our systems failures. We regret their bad experience.
