Ordered part online and never recieved part

After ordering the part online I recieved a email about a week later stating there was an issue with it being shipped and I is now being shipped a week later. I reached out to the customer service rep and explain to them how important it was that I got the part before my customer left for vacation. They emailed me that stating they would overnight it. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received the part I have reached out to them multiple times and they have now stopped replying to my emails. This company steals your money without shipping the part, stay away

We implemented all new systems and they failed miserably, essentially shutting down our order processing and customer communications from 3/2 and still is having some issues presently.

In this order, the customer is correct that he ordered on 3/6 at 4:30, and received a note (3/13) telling him what was happening with our systems and offering him a refund, or to wait with the hope it shipped. The customer did not respond.

Unfortunately our vendor processing was still not working properly and customer was made aware (3/28) that the part was obsolete and refunded.
