I was told the diffusers would work. And was told i needed another part which was four more diffusers half as big as the others. Ones .
They have no phone number to call or talk to you directly. They say it lowers cost. I had to send the parts back. My expense. Send a tracking number to them and wait until i receive a ok to get a refund. I would not deal with this company again. Its been nearly three weeks and my hot tub is still not functioning. I found the correct parts cheaper and talked to a live person. I even sent a pic of my old diffuser and the sent the part they said it would work. Service really is bad. Even going thru the credit card was an ordeal. Stay away !!!!!
