too complicated why do i need a password to get in an order something took forever to get new password then ask for old password. why can't we see our password or some of it so we know what password we are trying to get . very difficult for me hop e that i ordered the right part. the chat was a waste of time they couldn't help me unless I had the part number and of course if I had the part number I wouldn't need them
