I ordered a set of 8 filter grids for my Hayward D.E. pool filter. PoolPartsOnLine assisted me in selecting the correct stock number. This can be confusing because the 8th grid is always described as "short" but as their tech pointed out to me, it is really "narrow." They sent the correct grids and they worked perfectly. I had been buying my grids from my local brick and mortar store (L------'s) and their grids were failing within a year. I compared them to the grids PoolPartsOnLine just sent me to find out what the problem was. I looked down the tube of each grid PPOL sent me and there was a divider that ran the length of the tube. I looked down the tube of each grid that I bought locally and there was no divider. Because of that the tubes collapsed, breaking the ribs, which then punctured the cheap fabric. There were no brand labels attached to the grids that failed so I assume they were made in China. PPOL's quality service and product have made me a customer for life.
