I called Monster Movers for a pretty local move. They scheduled us within 3-4 days. They did a partial pack because I had most of the packing done already - I'm pretty organized - but they packed up the kitchen and things like that. We were moving all of our belongings from a 7,000 foot square house, with fine art and a $200k piano, so it was a pretty big move regardless. There was one small thing that was damaged in the move but that's it, they sent me the amount that it cost to move it for me, so I had no problem with that. The price for the move was reasonable, less than what they estimated actually. There was one mover who was doing a bad job, he was a summer student or something. He was just standing around, not helping, and he didn't want to work. It was ridiculous. So I called the office and made a complaint, and they did not charge me for him for the day. The next day they sent someone else with the moving crew. I was happy about that. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.
