Here is our review of what happened with "Dr" Yvlani:
Our movers moved approximately 7,500 lbs ( a whole 26 foot moving truck ) from Framingham to Hyannis - the price was $1,071. Our crew is trained and the movers on Yvlani's crew have worked for Monster Movers for over five years. They protected the glass insert with moving pads and shrink wrap because Yvlani did not want to pay for a crate for the insert or the table ( additional $40). Our movers still vowed to replace the insert and gave Yvlani 5% off the moving bill in good faith. Here is the next order of events:
10/30 - One day after the move Yvlani was called to initiate the insert replacement - left message
11/3 - Another message was left to initiate replacing glass insert
11/4 - Another message was left to initiate replacing glass insert
11/8 - Yvlani left a message at 6pm ( Sunday) at our office stating we were the worst @^%^* moving company in the entire world and our movers were "untrained" , etc.
11/9 Yvlani was called - We were able to come to an agreement where Monster Movers would replace insert. Monster Movers received make/model and called glass companies. Estimated time to replace glass was 4+ weeks because it had to be custom-made and tempered.
11/10 Monster Movers communicated the above to Yvlani who was extremely upset that she could not use table for Thanksgiving. Monster Movers offered to let her use another large table while waiting which she refused.
11/11 Yvlani left a unprofessional message on machine stating that we were %$%#%@$ and #@^$%.
11/12 Monster Movers leaves message stating we need signature to start glass process
11/16-11/19 Monster Movers leaves messages for Yvlani
11/20 Monster Movers sends $250 check to Yvlani to cover glass insert
Almost Four Months Later...
3/23 Yvlani calles Monster Movers and threatens to "write reviews" everywhere unless we pay her the remainder of her moving fee which was approximately $700. Monster Movers refuses.
3/24 Yvlani calls Monster Movers stating she is a "Doctor" and nobody will use our services once she's "done writing horrible reviews."
3/38 Yvlani calls Monster Movers again demanding cash or she will write reviews
4/1 Monster Movers gets negative review on all social media and review sites

Monster Movers was liable for $30 in the case of her move - we gave her money to fix the insert plus 5% off the original move for the headache.
