There was a little confusion about the pick up time for us, but this was understandable since it was the busiest day of the year, and I could call them and ask for any updates they had. The service was very quick, and handled very professionally. The cost was also great compared to quotes we received from a few other companies. Overall Monster Movers made our move very easy, and I definitely recommend them!
