We were moving on New Year's Eve, and we had someone else that was supposed to help us with the move, but the morning of the move, the guy said he had an emergency, and couldn't make it. So, we contacted Monster Movers, and they came right out. Within a couple of hours they were helping us move. We were moving from a 3rd floor apartment, with no elevators, to a house, and they were awesome. I don't remember our furniture being damaged or nicked, so I don't have any complaints.
