One of the best customer service experiences we've had!
We had a problem with rats that chewed into our water lines in our spa. Rick's Pool & Spa were very on the spot when we called and said we still have a leak. it got to be the third time we had a leak, and Rick notified my husband that they would like to pick the spa up and refurbish it. After they did that, we had it back within 3 days. They set it back up, and gave us an extended 6 month warranty, which to me is outstanding. If we decide to trade that spa in, I would deal with him. He was very accommodating!
