We needed a water heater replacement. While it’s never fun, it’s good to know that BMW is around to make sure everything is safe and working right. Brian repeatedly apologized for taking a bit longer than he originally anticipated. But that was only because he was extremely thorough and diligent in repairing the mess the previous owners left us. He double and triple checked when other plumbers would have rushed and left us to our own. I know who we will call when we need help again.
