I hired BMW to install an overhead sewer system. Mike was very professional and provided updates throughout the entire project. When they discovered something that needed to be done that was not known beforehand, they took care of it at no additional cost. The work was done in the fall and they had to come back in the spring when the weather was warmer to complete the outside work. They told me to hold off on paying them part of the cost until the work was completely finished. I would highly recommend them. They know what they are doing and explained all options along with the pros and cons.
