Conrad was deserving of 5 stars on all of the above.
However, the pricing on the suggested battery back up pump and battery, is more than I can afford, and the suggested hardware brand left much to be desired. After some research and advice, I purchased a battery back up pump and battery that I COULD afford. (not cheap) but not nowhere near the Aquanot price. It has been installed, and I am relieved and happy . I am sorry I could not give you the business. but
