I have been using BMW for several years. They have always responded quickly which is important given that the need was always immediate. They are always thorough and professional. More recently, i had a number of items needing work. They arrived at the exact time for the appt, did a great job, explained all that was needed and all that was done, left the place cleaner than it had been before they got there, and were very professional in all aspects of the job.
