When we moved into our present house, we found it included two filters, one for water in the bathroom sinks and one for the kitchen sink. We replace them each year in the fall (as the manufacturer's directions suggest) and once we established the pattern and without prompting, BMW orders the filters and calls to let us know they're in, and offers us a choice of picking them up or dropping them off at the house. That's attention to detail, very much appreciated.
