Tech arrived on Monday at 8 AM, reviewed what the problem was, and had all the parts needed to perform the repair. He changed all parts needed, did a check to make sure everything was working properly, showed me the changes, and reviewed how it all worked. The work was performed in a professional manner and within the time frame he described before the job began. He cleaned up afterward and was very friendly. I will definitely continue to use BMW.
