I needed the drain pipe for my sink rodded out. I called BMW Plumbing and was able to get an appointment for the same day between 1:00 -2:30pm. I was called 20 minutes before my service professional arrived. Rick was my service professional and he was very polite and courteous. I was pleased that he put down a protective barrier and a blanket between my hardwood floor and his machine. He explained the pricing up front and kept me informed throughout the procedure. He cleaned out the grease clog from my pipe which was 26 feet away from the sink. He was able to do this in ¾ of an hour. He also gave me recommendations on how to prevent future grease buildup in the pipes. I went to their website and got a $20 off coupon which I used towards my bill. Overall a great service experience. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
