Michael serviced me on a Saturday which is the same day I called. I was shocked to be able to receive assistance in just a few hours. My carpets were horrible. I have a dog that was extremely sick months ago and didn’t realize how many hidden surprises he left us around the house. Under the bed was the absolute worse. Since I found these spots at a much later time, Michael was unsure of how the results would be. Well Michael got in there and went to WORK!!! My carpet is spotless and looks brand new. I’ll definitley be recommending this company.
