So, I have written a work in progress review, but finally after a year of working through permit issues and removing county barriers we have finally completed our dock. CD&D, was nothing less than outstanding ! Everything from the process of following through with permitting that lasted over a year. They were patient and always treated me with respect and professionalism. They followed through with everything that was promised, never delayed in submitting county paperwork or follow up information. The office staff was friendly and helpful on the phone and when I stopped in the office. I will call out two people that make a great company. Misty was remarkable, always friendly, never dropped the ball or forgot anything, follow through was impeccable. Jim handled the technical detail. While so much of the process was new to me, Jim took time to explain clearly and never was condensing or impatient. What makes great companies, is not the cool buildings and fancy facades, but the people that are housed inside. CD&D is lucky to have employees like they have and is the reason for the 5 star rating. Awesome work on the dock! Love it! Thanks team, can't wait for phase 2.
