very good overall, service at store with a smile and patience, big selections of carpets, one of the best pads on the market available there 11 to 12mm r value 2 worked well for my concrete floor basement.super soft like walking on a cloud. got a very nice thick pile the wynett perfect for a warm and cozy basement. the installers were very professional a father and son whom worked well together and shows they were experienced. i put 4 stars on price , they are well priced but they are not as cheap as you would think but you do get what you pay for. no complaints at all.
