Charged my credit card without my consent!

This company has still yet to post my first review where they damaged my stairs.

In addition they proceeded to charge my credit card without my consent. I asked to discuss first what they were going to do about fixing my stairs. No call, no email... just proceeded with collecting my funds.

The decision to publish a review is not under our control, as long as your review meets the guidelines of customer lobby it will be published, we have no way of influencing that.

In regards to taking payment it is our policy, which is clearly stated on the contract to get payment 1 business day prior to final installation and this is what happened.
