Ordered 8 spark plug heat shields, received 1. Called customer service, CSR was very friendly and apologetic, said the balance of my order will be shipped that day. Do not have a confirmation yet that it has happened, but I'm sure that it will be rectified in a timely manner and I will receive my complete order.
