THD has been great. When reporting bugs in bed in the master suite, molded coffee maker, cushion on sofa zipper ripped out and foam torn , they were quick to get to get the ball rolling and issues rectified. All should be taken care of tomorrow morning 4/25/2023. The apartment was not cleaned or inspected prior to me moving in. On the surface when I did the walk through everything appeared fine. However, one day in I discover dirty tub in guest bath, bugs in bed in master suite, mold in coffeemaker, multiple nails in carpet and on tile floor. Lots of paint splatters on floor where apartment had just been painted. I personally have washed all the bed linen after finding the bugs, washed all the dishes in cabinets because after the bug issue didn't want to use anything that might be unclean . Also some scuffs on wall that wasn't put there by me. I have pictures of everything if needed. However, most of the things will be taken care of tomorrow. I don't think they are replacing the couch so make note I didn't tear the cushion up or put the marks on the wall. If something else happens I will let you know immediately.
