Kerry, our representative was kind, patient and went above and beyond for us. This has been a mentally and physically exhausting event in our lives and luckily, finding a place to live with three adults, one child and a 91 lb dog was not a problem. Kerry communication was top notch. She was caring and explained details very well. She gave exceptional customer service which was more than I can say about our adjuster who barley spoke to us.
