Definitely would recommend your services to family and friends. However the people we rented from cheated THD out of deposit. There was not 1200 dollars worth of utilities or damage. Put call in to speak to manager Doris. She hasn’t returned my call. Wanted to discuss why they kept so much of the deposit. They’re crooks!!! Look them up and see what people have to say about American Homes 4 Rent!!!
