We lost our home in the campfire that destroyed the town of Paradise Ca. Nora Penn was our representative and she has been very kind and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Furniture and related home items were provided very quickly. Any issues that arose with payment to the apartment company were quickly resolved. Nora kept in touch and immediately responded to our requests. In the stress and heart ache associated with the loss of our home and community Nora has been a real blessing.
