Raffi Mahan went above and beyond to help my
family get last minute, same day accommodations on a Friday night after a disaster at our home. She was so helpful, persistent, kind, and problem solving and her follow up to make sure all the reservation and check in process went well was so appreciated. She showed so much care and concern as well as solved the problem quickly and efficiently
