Jessica was super awesome! Either she went above & beyond or she has the best job EVER helping people. I felt like I was talking to a family member. She was so patient helping me to find a hotel for my family's needs. She didn't give up till I found one. She reached back out to me every single time she found something to affirm my personal choice. I wish I could get this service from every company...the world would definitely be a better place!
