I scheduled an appointment for 2 pm on Sept. 30. I requested to have an office assistant present because my husband is deployed and I did not want to be alone, I was told this was no problem and I would have to pay and extra 10/hr. No problem. Come moving day I called at 1:30 to make sure that they were going to be there, I was told by an office assistant that she would call and check their eta and call me back, 2:30 no call. so I called back and was told again that they would check and call me back. This kept going on for about 6 hours. Hardly any apology, and I kept having to call them. I had no other option as my husband is away and I was getting our stuff out of storage which had to be moved that day or I would have to pay another months rent for the unit. They finally arrived at 8:45, no office assistant. Whatever I was tired and ready to just get it over with by this point. They moved my stuff, did not assemble any furniture and after trying for all of 10 minutes told me my couch would not fit in my door. There exact words were, "now you have a $@!#% lounge spot in your front yard." The couch fit just fine the next day when my landlord came by and helped me get it inside. All it took was a screwdriver (for the front door) and 5 minutes. Anyways the owner of the company arrived when they were unloading to have my sign the moving contract, apologized and said I would receive a discount then left. Turns out the discount was $5 off an hour!!!!! I saved a whole $20, after waiting 6 hours! Terrible customer service and very unprofessional moving crew. Will never use their service again, and I will warn everyone I can about this horrible company!
