This is the response we received when the cleaners failed to dust ANY upper shelves, did not clean the bottom of the toilets,, did not dust my hutch or china cabinet,, did not clean kitchen cubbards, did not use cleaning products, used our vacuum because their vacuum broke- one cleaning lady spent time trying to fix their vacuum on our dime. I have cancer and my husband has a bad knee. I ended up climbing on our three foot step stool and dusted all my top shelves after they left. Cleaned the bottom of my toilets and cubbards myself as well. Did not have any bedrooms done. Just the main living areas.
Their response: Hi Joseph, we got in contact with the cleaners. About the shelves, cleaners clean where they can reach. They only have a 4 step ladder even though they used the ladder you have but they say they didn't reach it. The ceiling fans, cabinets, and hutch are not included on the basic cleaning; it has an extra cost or is included on a deep cleaning. They also informed the refrigerator was partially clean as ordered by you, which you wanted them to focus on dusting all the three living rooms.. riddle me this. We have used this company before and they always dusted the upper shelves. The shelves were six foot high and we had a four foot step stool. They were taller than 3 foot!!! They ripped us off and made us pay for work they did not complete. DI NOT USE THESE RIP OFF ARTISTS
