I don't remember anything but bad after bad experience with this company. Unfortunately had to use up the groupon vouchers already purchased. First of all it seems they like to mess up and make scheduling as inconvenient as possible. Very unreliable and untrustworthy. They scratched and damaged my vanity mirror and only offered to clean oven and fridge to compensate for it. Their cleaning is poor to mediocre.

Also beware that they are sending out promo emails to past and present customers where the booking website says you get 3 bonus cleanings when you book 5. It's a scam. The 5 cleanings come with only 2 bonus cleanings. When I confronted them about the inconsistency they replied but did not acknowledge with a resolution. Therefore this is deliberate fraud. They still continue with the misleading package info on the booking website from the time they sent that email in November, through the time I pointed it out to them, and through now it is almost 2019! Definitely should be avoided for both ineptitude and lack of integrity, and reported to BBB. Buyer beware.
