This was my first time using First Class Carpet Cleaning Vancouver. They came out and cleaned the upholstery on my couches in the living room and media room. It turned out really good. Everything seems totally fine and cleaned the way I wanted it. I thought that maybe the price was a little bit high, but I haven't had any of this kind of work done in a really long time. We have no carpets in our home, and I didn't compare any other companies or shop around for pricing. I just called First Class and had them do the job. They did a very professional and really nice job. The tech was a very nice person to have in our home. He was very respectful, tidy, and clean, and he did a really great job. I was just a little surprised at how much it cost.
