Overall, I had a bad recent experience with First Class Carpet Cleaning Vancouver. The company did an okay job with the La-Z-Boy when I used them in the past, but for this service, the gentleman that the company sent out destroyed the material on my couch. I was very disappointed with the quality of service that I received. The zipper was broken and he didn't even tell me. I would not recommend the company to other people and I wouldn't use them again for another service.
