Well, First Class Carpet Cleaning did a good job with the carpets on the stairs, bedrooms and hallways. But, there's still some kind of area on the stairway that still doesn't seem to be real clean--but I haven't called to see why that is. This is the first time I've used them, just trying them out. I will call them again but need to examine the work more closely. They said the carpets would dry by the time went I to bed, but some areas--like the stairway--were still wet in some areas; the stairway was still quite wet, so I had to use the fan. I don't know if there's a way to extract the water more.
