I've normally always used their competitor but I wanted a better service, so I searched the internet and found a better service at First Class Carpet Cleaning--one with a 12-step program of the amazing things they were going to do. The thing is, I don't mind paying for service and they charged $300--give or take--for one and a half to two hours of work. I had some bad stains--it's an ivory carpet, a hellish carpet to have because it's very old and has seen its day--and First Class said they pay enormous attention to detail. The first time they came, they were superb. There were very bad water stains and they got them out.

This time wasn't too good. The carpet was wet for a long time and it took a lot of time to move furniture. I called Harry back and he's coming back to take a look because some of the stains were worse than when I started--and the carpet was very wet. I didn't feel like that was worth $300 for about a couple of hours. The first time First Class Carpet Cleaning came here I was really impressed. They paid enormous attention to detail.
