They did pretty good
First Class Carpet Cleaning cleaned an area rug for us. The pick up service was great. They came to the house to get the rug, which was fantastic. They were a little slow---they quoted us 1-2 weeks, but it actually took 2.5, almost 3 weeks. Otherwise, the service was great.
