I would like to thank Bennett Property Management and Kim Tracy for a Awesome 3 years of service. I must say every time I've contacted her or the office with a situation or problem she always responded back and took care of the issue. Never given a feeling that you were bothering her or showing attitude. She always seemed to be concerned and assured you it would be taken care of. She is very serious about making sure the tenant's is aware and understand how important it is in keeping your residence maintenance up and if there is a problem to call her, I know life is hard and a lot of people are not being treated fairly in other companies and I feel sad for them. But for me in my experiences that I've had in leasing homes, This one is the best. It has been very comforting to know that if I have a situation that it would be handle within a timely fashion. No one or any business is perfect and I'm not saying my situation is yours .
