Sarah is a horrible property manager for the owner. Rented my house for almost 5 years. Came back to filth and $1500 worth of landscaping and sprinkler damage. Repainted every room after bleaching the walls because the soot wouldn't come off. They didn't even bother keeping any of the renter's deposit after doing their own walk-through and deeming everything fine.
