Thus far, I've only arranged on-site shredding events, but these have a smooth process in scheduling and execution. Titan seems to achieve the balance of being highly organized, without feeling bureaucratic to work with. The staff they have sent out have been professional and efficient.

Titan charges per box destroyed rather weight, so billing is unambiguous and transparent.
