We have used Titan since 2010 for our twice per month shred service. Their staff is helpful and courteous. They give us a service date calendar, so we know when they are coming. If weather is a problem, they call to let us know when they will come. Titan is so easy to work with. If more of my vendors were like Titan, my job would be much easier!
